As our mission is to provide the best quality & comfortable furniture for our customer, we always want you to enjoy our good quality furniture & value for money.
How long is the warranty period?
Hause Furniture covered by two (2) years warranty. The warranty period for the furniture starts on the date of delivery which must be registered and activated within fourteen (14) days from delivery date.
Please note that As-Is product and Home Decor product do not carry this warranty. Please refer for each product details in the website.
What does this warranty cover?
We warrant that all furniture is free from defects in materials including stitching, fabric, frame and workmanship.
What this warranty does not cover?
This warranty does not cover failure resulting from daily wear and tear, misuse, accident, modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment, or improper maintenance by you.
How do I keep track of the warranty?
Please keep a copy of the original proof of purchase, including invoice, sales receipt or delivery order for a proved tracking of the warranty.
Please note that the warranties provided by Hause apply only for your purchased only, and not for resale.
What kind of service will I get?
Based on your description on the product service form, we will assess whether the complaint is based on a deficiency of manufacturing of material nature, or whether it is due to normal wear and tear.
If we find that your complaint is justifiable, we may either rectify it by:
i. Send spare parts that you will easily be able to fit yourself, provided that you can accept this solution, or
ii. Exchange the item
iii. If (i) and (ii) is unable to be fulfilled, you may return the furniture for a refund in store credit
