HAUSE currently ships to all Peninsular Malaysia. We ship orders via our dedicated couriers from City-Link Express for Home Décor Item, and we provide our Trusted Logistics Service for Furniture.
Delivery Procedure for Home Décor Item by Express Courier Service
Our Standard Delivery timing for Home Décor Item is Monday to Thursday, between 11.00am – 4.00pm. Friday (close) & Public Holidays (close).
For Home Décor item, we are using Citylink Express Courier Service to deliver items. If you have your own request for courier service other than Citylink Express, kindly drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp us at +601110949545.
For Delivery within Kuala Lumpur : Courier Delivery should take place 2 – 3 working days after payment made.
For Delivery outside of Kuala Lumpur : Courier Delivery should take place 5 – 7 working days after payment made
Please note :
- CityLink-Express will deliver without notification.
- For any changes/enquiries regarding your confirmed delivery arrangement pertaining to the order, kindly do so at least 2 working days in advance with our delivery scheduler, so that we can reschedule the necessary arrangements.
Delivery Procedure for Furniture by Logistic Services
We deliver your orders through our trusted & selected logistic services, providers especially for Door-step Deliveries. Delivery of item will be handled by our logistic delivery team.
Our Standard Delivery timing is Monday to Thursday, Saturday & Sunday between 11.00am – 4.00 pm. Friday (close), Public Holiday (close).
Please note that Installation of your purchased furniture and removal and disposal of all packaging materials from your premises will not done by us.
Please ensure that there is someone to receive the delivery on the pre-agreed date and time, and that the delivery path and premise are free of obstacles, including any existing furniture items.
For any changes/enquiries regarding your confirmed delivery schedule pertaining to this order, kindly inform us so at least 3 working days in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements, else there will be charge for any last minute changes.
Please ensure the size of your loading lifts (if Condominium/Apartment) can fit the furniture ordered. Delivery will only proceed if the delivery team deemed it is suitable to go ahead in a non-hazardous manner. If the lifting process is deemed hazardous, (i.e. items prone to damage on narrow stairways, obstruction of passageways), and deemed unfeasible based on our assessment, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery.
For customer who want us to deliver your furniture to your condominium or office, please inform us of the time availability for us to schedule delivery accordingly. Please prepare Loading Permits from your condominium or office management.
Please inspect the items for Damages or Defect upon delivery. Damage must be notified within 24 hours.
Upon receipt of the items, it is your responsibility to check the condition of the package and packaging. If the item looks damaged or dirty from the outside, please do not accept it as we are unable to pursue claims against the courier if the items is/are signed for. If you did not or could not inspect your items when delivered, please make sure you sign for the item and write a note next to your signature as ‘not inspected’.
We will not replace a product that is misuse, broken, missing parts, defects caused by you.
