Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy
1) Ordered items are considered sold, non-refundable, and can’t be exchanged with other products. Kindly check and confirm your order including Dimension, Colour, and Material before proceeding with payment.
2) Unsatisfied with colour, size, and the end product will are not refundable and can’t be exchanged.
3) When your product is ready, delivery will be arranged within 3-5 working days. Please refer to lead time on the product info before purchase.
4) For customers who need to store your ordered item (because your delivery address is not ready to receive your furniture), please do contact our team to be informed. Maximum 30 days for storage allowed for free, after days 30 we will do weekly charge rental space RM 100 for each item due to limited space.
5) Delivery charges apply for one (1) trip and one (1) delivery address only.
6) During Delivery: For easy access during delivery, please make sure clear space, pathways, and staircase in advance for our delivery team to place your new furniture. The delivery team has the right to charge customers for any extra work (clearance space or moving existing items).
7) After delivery, the customer must inspect the item for damages or defects upon delivery & must report within 24 hours
8) After Inspection, the customer needs to sign the Delivery Order (DO)
9) Hause Living Sdn Bhd will not replace a product that is broken, damaged, defective, scratch, or missing or broken parts caused by the customer.
10) During delivery, damage on the product which is 100% can’t be function, can’t be used & 100% broken, customer has the right to claim for a full refund.
11) If a Product has a finishing defect on a certain part that caused by the factory, which is the product physically still can be used & still can be function, the customer can’t ask for a new replacement and full refund, but we provide two options for customer :
Option 1 : Hause Living Sdn Bhd will do repairs or repaint on the defect or scratch part only but unsatisfied with the end product after repairing we will not refund.
Customers need to accept the end product after we repair or repaint.
Option 2 : If the customer doesn’t want to repair or repaint the defective part, Hause Living Sdn Bhd will offer the customer a maximum 10% refund from the purchase price of the item base on our team evaluation of the product condition.
12) Please be informed that all items covered under warranty are not including the transportation cost. Back-to-back transportation costs will be bear by customers.
